In this episode, I travel to Victoria Falls to spend time with the Elephant Crew , a conservation initiative dedicated to protecting elephants while helping communities learn how to live alongside them. Their mission is simple but powerful: create a future where humans and elephants can coexist in balance through community programs, research, education, and welfare initiatives. During my visit, I spent time with their incredible team, walked alongside these gentle giants, and met the anti-poaching crew working on the front lines to protect one of Africa’s most iconic animals. Victoria Falls sits within one of the largest elephant ranges on Earth, part of the Kavango-Zambezi region where a huge portion of Africa’s elephants still roam. Being able to witness these animals up close is a powerful reminder of why conservation matters. This Travel experience to Elecrew was made possible by Shearwater Victoria Falls , whose support helped make this journey and story possible. The entire itenirary for my Victoria Falls series from accomodation to logistics was organised by Fungai Mtetwa from Outbound Holidays Stories like this are why I continue documenting the wild beauty of Zimbabwe sharing the people, wildlife, and conservation efforts shaping the future of Africa.
